Initial Assessment Process

The Options Outpatient Program initial assessment process includes:

1. Comprehensive assessments:

   – Biological screenings

   – Psychological evaluations

   – Social functional assessments

   – Substance abuse history reviews

2. Medical review for high-risk cases:

   – Patients with potential morbidity or lethality risks

   – Cases unsuitable for outpatient treatment

3. Community partnerships for additional services:

   – Nutrition

   – Medical care and pain management

   – Psychiatric support

   – Vocational rehabilitation

   – Educational services

   – Peer support

4. Post-detox admissions:

   – Verbal approval from primary care physician or Medical Advisor

   – Medical clearance if required
